We are looking for a Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Technician to join our stable team, that genuinely cares about the results they produce for our customers. This person will have a personal curated route with the necessary equipment and chemicals to provide top tier performance.
No experience? No problem! We are willing to train. You bring the drive and we will help you thrive!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Skim and brush pools thoroughly removing all debris
– Inspect equipment and identify issues
– Backwash filters, as needed
– Test, adjust and administer proper pool balance and water chemistry
– Accurately record activities for our customer reports on a weekly basis
– Counter unbalanced chemical levels
– Exceed ALL chemical safety measures and precautions
– Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
– Maintain clean equipment and a professional work site
– Reliable Transportation
– Valid Drivers License
– Ability to take direction and maintain the high-end techniques that Hamilton Pools is known for.
– Must be reliable, punctual and thorough while maintaining a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
– If you have a certified pool operator (CPO) license, this is a plus.
– Ability to lift 50 lbs.
– Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Excellent time management skills
