Weekly Pool Maintenance FAQ
What is included in weekly pool maintenance?
Our weekly pool maintenance includes skimming surface debris, brushing walls and steps, vacuuming the pool floor, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, testing and balancing all chemical levels (pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, chlorine), inspecting equipment, and cleaning the tile line. You receive a detailed service report with photos after every visit.
How much does weekly pool service cost in North Texas?
Our weekly pool maintenance plans are priced based on pool size, type, and specific needs. Most homeowners pay between $120–$200 per month for weekly service. We offer flat monthly rates with no hidden quarterly fees. Call us at (214) 402-8677 for a free custom quote.
Do I need to be home during pool service?
No. Most of our clients provide us with gate codes or lockbox access so we can service their pools while they are at work. After every visit, we send a detailed service report with photos so you know exactly what was done. Just make sure your gate is accessible and pets are secured on service days.
Do you service all types of pools?
Yes. We service all pool types including gunite, fiberglass, vinyl liner, saltwater, and traditional chlorine systems. Our eco-friendly chemicals are safe for families, pets, and the environment.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?
We service your pool rain or shine. Rain does not prevent us from testing chemicals, cleaning filters, or performing equipment maintenance. During heavy rain, we may skip vacuuming or brushing and make up those tasks on the next visit.
Are algae treatments really included for free?
Yes. As part of our weekly maintenance plan, free algae treatments are included. We monitor your pool at every visit and treat algae before it becomes a problem. Our phosphate treatments also help prevent future algae growth.
What are your service hours?
Our regular service schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We do not provide routine service on weekends or holidays. For emergencies outside office hours, email luke@hamiltonpoolstx.com with "Emergency" in the subject line.
Do you offer courtesy calls about my pool?
Yes. We provide free courtesy calls to discuss your pool's condition, answer questions about water chemistry, and recommend any additional services you may need. Call us at (214) 402-8677 anytime during business hours.
