Founded his first pool company, Lone Star Pools, in 2009 before re-branding to Hamilton Pools in 2011. He leads the company's growth and remains closely involved in day-to-day operations, customer relationships, and service quality. He is passionate about educating customers on pool care, water chemistry, and maintaining long-term pool health.

Nathan
Joined Hamilton Pools in 2018 and leads the maintenance team, overseeing route management and service quality across all pools. Performs advanced services such as drain and cleans, acid washes, and filter cleans, while stepping in as needed to keep field operations running smoothly.
Chase Michaels
Supported the business prior to officially joining the team in February 2022. He now leads all repair services, including diagnosing issues, communicating directly with customers, and managing repairs from initial assessment through completion.
Kerri Bird-Hunt
Began supporting the business in 2020 and officially joined the team in 2025. Oversees operations, systems, and financial performance while driving efficiency, growth, and an elevated customer experience across the company.
